We are looking for a Part-Time Enrollment Associate who is deeply committed to students, has a passion for academic rigor and civic leadership, and wants to work closely with their colleagues to continue to build our program for Ingenuity Prep's students and families during the school year.
*This position requires the availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.*

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Part-Time Enrollment Associate, you will:
* Work closely with the admissions, marketing, canvassing, and student support teams to align recruitment efforts.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
* Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollments in CRM or student information systems.
* Guide students and families through the application and enrollment process, ensuring clarity on deadlines and requirements.
* Provide administrative support, including the preparation of written materials and management of event logistics.
* Build, maintain, and utilize outreach lists; call prospective families regularly.
* Execute initiatives in the student recruitment plan as assigned.

Salary Range: $ $29.68/hr
