Menswear Stylist (Part-Time)
The Grooms Room at Abigail's Collection – Colchester
An exciting opportunity to join our award-winning menswear team, where we style, measure, and fit grooms and groomsmen for their big day.
We're looking for a confident, polished individual with great people skills and attention to detail. You'll welcome clients into our fitting rooms, lead styling and measuring appointments, and ensure each groom and his party receive an exceptional experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Conducting one-to-one menswear styling & fitting appointments
* Advising on hire wear, accessories, and bespoke options
* Taking accurate measurements and managing order details
* Liaising with clients by phone and email about bookings and queries
* Helping deliver the first-class experience we're known for
What we're looking for:
* A smart, professional appearance and natural sense of style
* A confident, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and reliability
* Retail or customer-facing experience (preferred, not essential)
* A passion for great service and a willingness to learn
The role:
* Part-time, permanent position
* Weekend availability is essential (Saturday or Sunday each week)
* Hourly rate: £7.50 – £12 per hour depending on experience
