A growing clean energy engineering business in Surrey is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of its end to end supply chain as it moves into deployment and scale.
This is a hands on role with real influence across engineering, operations, and delivery. You will be responsible for building and improving a supply chain that can support complex, high value systems in a fast evolving environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Owning the end to end supply chain across procurement, planning, and logistics.
• Managing supplier relationships, performance, and contracts.
• Supporting new product introduction and scaling production.
• Driving improvements across cost, delivery, and inventory.
• Working closely with engineering and operations teams.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in supply chain within engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong background across procurement, logistics, and planning.
• Comfortable operating in a scaling or changing environment.
• Commercially confident and able to manage suppliers effectively.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
