Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Derby for a Lecturer in Clinical Photobiomodulation and Hair & Scalp Health. The role involves designing and delivering high‑quality training content, conducting lectures, workshops, and practical sessions for professionals. The Lecturer will undertake research in the fields of clinical photobiomodulation and hair/scalp health to ensure course content is informed by the latest scientific advancements. Additional responsibilities may include developing course materials, mentoring students, and ensuring training compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Clinical Photobiomodulation, Hair & Scalp Health, and related scientific applications.
* Experience in designing and delivering educational content, including theoretical and practical training sessions.
* Effective communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to engage and inspire trainees.
* Ability to conduct research and stay updated on advancements in clinical and cosmetic education fields.
* A relevant educational background, such as a degree in dermatology, trichology, clinical sciences, or a related field.
* Capability to work collaboratively in a professional team and build strong relationships with learners.
* Previous experience in professional training or mentoring roles is preferred.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of education and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
