As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier solutions. You'll nurture existing relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored IT & Telecoms services.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
* Visit client sites across Sheffield and surrounding areas
* Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
* Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless support
* Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in effective account management or a similar customer-facing sales role
* Knowledge of IT or telephone solutions, including hardware, software, and systems
* A full UK driving license (essential for client visits)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
