Job Title: Service Delivery Data Administrator
Location: Hampshire/Sussex

Hours: 37
Salary: Up to £32,200 depending on skills and experience
About the role:
To report into the Senior Service Delivery Manager, The Data Administrator is responsible for managing, validating, and reporting data related to the wastewater service delivery function. By ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of reactive contractor works, you’ll support operational excellence and provide data-driven insights to improve processes
What you will be responsible for:
Data Management (40%)
1. Maintain and validate accurate records of all reactive wastewater works.
2. Input and update data related to contractor performance, SLAs, and work orders.
3. Monitor data for discrepancies and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
4. Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
Reporting & Analysis (30%)
5. Generate and distribute regular Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Analyse performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Provide actionable insights to the Senior Service Delivery Manager to enhance service delivery.
Process Optimisation (15%)
8. Evaluate inefficiencies within the reactive supply chain.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
10. Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery workflows.
11. Assistance with acceptance testing and error reporting on new applications
Stakeholder Collaboration (15%)
12. Work closely with the Delivery Managers, Engineers, and contractors to ensure data consistency.
13. Support operational decision-making with accurate and timely data.
14. Act as the point of contact for data-related queries within the service delivery team.
Incident Resolution (10%)
15. Manage and optimise data tracking systems and tools used in wastewater operations.
16. Develop and enforce data entry standards and best practices across the team.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential
17. Proficiency in data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar systems.
18. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
19. Experience in creating reports and managing large data sets.
20. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable
21. Experience in wastewater, utilities, or service delivery operations.
22. Knowledge of reactive process requirements
