Job Title: Oncology Homecare Nurse Location: CoveringBuckinghamshire Salary: £26,220 £30,590 (depending on hours) fully expensed company car and fuel card Hours: Part-time, 2428 hours per week over 3 days Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse looking for a more flexible role that allows you to deliver truly personalised care? I am currently recruiting for an Oncology Homecare Nurse to join a well-established clinical provider delivering specialist care to patients across Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from a hospital setting and provide one-to-one care in patients homes, helping to improve their overall experience and quality of life. The Role As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in mobile units or clinics where required. Your responsibilities will include: Administering IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive treatments Carrying out blood draws, toxicity assessments, and cannulation Managing central lines, pump disconnections, and IM/SC injections Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in line with clinical protocols Planning and managing your own daily schedule and travel between patients This role offers a high level of autonomy, supported by a strong clinical and operational team, enabling you to focus on delivering safe and effective care.
