3. To supervise bar staff whilst on site.
4. Manage bar operations
5. To conduct duties in a manner that reflects the business in a positive way.
6. Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach
7. Supporting the team while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
8. Take charge of monitoring team activity and assisting customers.
9. Experience in supervising a bar/ managing a cellar
10. Be an excellent leader
