What You Will Do
* Respond and follow up to customer requests and action items
* Estimate the material for quote and consolidate with the engineering and manufacturing
* Prepare quotes for requests by customer
* Ensure estimates of cost presented for proposals are accurate and backed up with sufficient documentation for future analysis
* Contact customers to follow up status of order
Who You Are

* You pick up the phone and get things done to support customers
* Previous experience in inside sales/sales support in a manufacturing environment
* Strong MS Office skills
* Post-secondary education in business/sales related programs
* Mechanical aptitude

* Sense of urgency, highly responsive and oriented towards action
* Can-do attitude, and respond in all situations with a positive and energized attitude

* LS-24 light-weight aluminum winch for the R/V Shackleford research and hydrographic survey vessel
* 20-Ton capacity hose handling marine cranes complete with dual winches, wireless remote controls, and built in electric hydraulic power units for Shell Deer Park
* Containerized AUV Launch and Recovery System (LARS) to the University of Gothenburg for their Antarctic mission
