We're recruiting: Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE)
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and business owners.
Responsibilities
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
* Landlord and tenant matters, including renewals and assignments
* Property finance and secured lending transactions
* Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Property
* Proven experience managing your own caseload
* Strong technical knowledge across core real estate matters
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
* Strong client care and relationship‑building skills
