Change Activation Manager – 12 Month Contract Paddington (Mon–Thurs office, Fri WFH) £600–£780 per day (Inside IR35) A leading investment manager based in Paddington is seeking a Change Manager to support large-scale transformation programmes across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of change management, product marketing and experience design, driving behavioural change through creative storytelling, experiential activations and data-led engagement strategies. The Opportunity You will play a key role in delivering go-to-market activations and engagement initiatives that increase awareness, adoption and advocacy across critical business areas. Working with cross-functional teams, you will design and execute campaigns, events and immersive experiences that inspire action and measurable change. Key Responsibilities Support change strategy development including audience analysis, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement Plan and deliver activations (engagement events, campaigns, workshops, hackathons, product adoption initiatives) Develop storytelling-led campaigns that drive behavioural outcomes Contribute to change journey mapping and experience design workshops Support OKR development and track measurable impact Coordinate and execute GTM change plans across multiple stakeholders About You 2–4 years’ experience in change, marketing, experiential marketing or behavioural strategy Strong storytelling and presentation skills Experience delivering events, campaigns or product marketing initiatives Data-savvy, commercially aware and comfortable in fast-paced environments Confident influencing stakeholders and driving engagement outcomes Collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging change leader to gain exposure to enterprise-wide transformation within a sophisticated investment management environment.
