Nursery Assistant – CF24 Setting
Monday–Friday | 8:30–3:30 | Long-term position
A lovely nursery in the CF24 area is looking for a caring and confident Nursery Assistant to join their team. You’ll be supporting a busy, friendly early-years environment alongside experienced practitioners and room leaders.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting children through play-based learning and early development activities.
• Leading and assisting with small-group sessions such as early phonics, sensory play, story time, counting games, and communication activities.
• Helping with routines like snack time, outdoor play, creative stations, and fine/gross motor skill development.
• Working within a warm, supportive team that will help you settle in from day one.
You’ll be joining through Teaching Personnel, with your own dedicated consultant to guide you through the process.
What you’ll need:
• Experience working with young children
• DBS on the Update Service
• EWC registration
• Safeguarding training (we can provide this!)
This role begins in January, giving you plenty of time to get everything ready and begin your journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
