Business Manager / Depot Manager Location: Lincoln Salary: £50k-£60k plus company car, bonus, pension, and healthcare Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Are you an experienced Manager from Logistics and Operations? Financials full P&L responsibility Health & Safety responsible for the safety at the depot and the safety of the vehicles and drivers at least IOSH qualified, ideally NEBOSH qualified Leadership, people management, turning around a challenging operation, making business efficient in its running, engagement with staff and team The Ideal Candidate: You will be a natural leader, an individual that has high standards, and loves work and the challenge work brings. You will need to be strong with P&L, fleet management, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have a good understanding and interactions with regulatory bodies e.g., HSE and EA. CPC is essential.
