The Company: Unique Window Systems Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of fenestration products, specialising in high-quality UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and screening solutions. With a reputation built on reliability, innovation, and service, we continue to expand and are looking for skilled Fabricators to join our production team in Leicester. Role & Responsibilities of the Window Fabricator: * Measuring, cutting, and drilling UPVC and aluminium to create windows, doors, curtain wall and screen systems. * Assembling frames, fitting seals, hinges, handles, locks, and other ancillaries. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and design plans. * Operating CNC machinery and other tools to fabricate precision components. * Carrying out quality inspections to ensure all products meet required standards. * Scanning barcodes to update the production schedule. * Following health & safety procedures and contributing to a safe, lean working environment. About You as the Window Fabricator: * Proven experience in UPVC/aluminium fabrication or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of fenestration products and their component parts. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Competent in using power tools and CNC machinery. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy. * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Physically fit with the stamina to handle materials and adapt to different projects. * Knowledge of health & safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
