This would suit someone who is passionate about using data and insights to inform HR decision-making and improve workforce outcomes.
Working with a small but highly effective HR team, the role will include
* maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within their HRIS and related systems
* Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics
* Analysing workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities - translating findings into key insights.
* Leading on the migration to a new HRIS and helping upskill team members on the new platform
* Supporting with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
* Improving and streamlining existing HR systems and processes
