Operations Coordinator
Pay: £30,000+ DOE
Location: Leicestershire
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process airfreight bookings, providing quotes where required to meet customer needs
Arrange collections and coordinate airfreight or courier transport
Prepare and manage all required airfreight documentation
Complete Customs Declarations in line with regulatory requirements
Monitor shipments and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
Liaise professionally with customers, airlines, couriers, and suppliers
Perform accounting and invoicing-related tasks accurately
Support daily operational processes and workflowsKey Skills & Attributes
