Position: Hostess (Restaurant and Bar)

What will I be doing?
As a Host/ Hostess, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming guests to the restaurant and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression
* Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences
* Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings
* Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings
* Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service.
