As one of our Compliance Officers you will be providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure Foresters complies with all relevant regulations and to contribute to the management of conduct risk to ensure good outcomes for customers.

Your day to day will include:
* Providing guidance, support and feedback in relation to products, systems, policies, processes and controls.
* Undertaking activities, in line with agreed processes and Service Level Agreements, supporting delivery of the Compliance Programme and Monitoring Plan.
* Analysing and interpret conduct risk and compliance data sharing insights and perspectives on how to improve and adapt.
* Assisting with production of compliance reports for team, management and board.
* Providing support to business areas on how to appropriately resolve any identified compliance issues, including root cause analysis and customer remediation.
* Supporting the development and review of key compliance policies, processes and controls.
This is a Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. Working hours are 35 hours a week Monday to Friday with flexible start times from 8.00 – 9.30am.

* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Motivation and ability to develop technical knowledge
* Organised and self-motivated, able to self-manage and prioritise work and have a desire to solve problems and eliminate waste.
* Able to communicate with the wider teams and be able to remain professional even when issues are contentious.
* It would be an advantage if you have some knowledge of compliance and regulatory risk in financial services.

* Basic salary up to £30000 per annum
