Job Title: Sales Negotiator (Senior for the right person) Location: Lichfield Basic Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experinece) Realistic OTE: up to £38,000 Require: Estate Agency sales negotiation experience The Company: A well-established, multi-branch estate agency with a fantastic local reputation and consistently strong reviews. The Role: Registering buyers and matching them to the right properties Booking and carrying out viewings Negotiating offers and supporting the sales progression process Building solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu that week Requirements: Proven experience within estate agency Sales progression experience would be a strong advantage Driven, ambitious, and commercially minded Confident communicator who enjoys closing deals Looking to grow within a respected, forward-thinking business
