Role: Lead System Change Manager (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead System Change Manager to join our public sector client on a 12-month fixed-term contract (until the end of July 2026). This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day a week onsite.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a significant People Systems Project during a period of major focus on modernising systems and delivering real value through data and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a multidisciplinary team, using a range of Agile methodologies to confidently drive delivery and foster strong collaboration.
2. Develop an expert understanding of user needs and champion these in the delivery of improved establishment control governance, processes, and data.
3. Engage with users and stakeholders, managing priorities while supporting key business change initiatives.
