The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 4 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support throughout the school day to help them access learning and stay engaged in lessons. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that support the pupil's academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and confident managing behaviour positively. Previous experience supporting children with ASD is essential.
