The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Representative (Closer) who will own their pipeline end-to-end.
You’ll receive inbound leads, and you are fully responsible for making sure no opportunity is wasted. From first contact to closed deal, you run the process. This is a consultative sale to eCommerce founders and marketing leaders, focused on identifying bottlenecks in their ad growth and mapping a clear path forward using WCS.
This is not a “calendar princess” role. We want someone with high agency, who treats their pipeline like it’s their own business.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full sales process from lead assigned to deal closed
* Run high-level, consultative sales calls with eCommerce founders and operators
* Diagnose growth bottlenecks in Meta ads, creative, and team structure
* Clearly explain the WCS offer and how it solves their specific problems
* Drive deals to close with urgency, professionalism, and precision
* Follow up, manage your pipeline, and keep deals moving without being babysat
* Maintain clean deal notes, forecasts, and CRM hygiene
* Continuously improve the sales process and help build the system as we scale
What “Great” Looks Like
* Consistently closing ~20 sales units per month
* Strong close rates on qualified opportunities
* A healthy, well-managed pipeline with no leads going cold due to neglect
* High-quality, consultative sales conversations that build trust and authority
* Predictable revenue production, not streaky “hero weeks” followed by silence
Who This Is For
This role is for a proven closer who understands eCommerce and paid ads.
The ideal background looks like:
* Sold agency services to eCommerce brands
* Or ran their own agency and now wants to focus purely on selling at a high level
* Comfortable talking about Meta ads, creatives, scaling, team structure, and growth constraints
* Knows how to sell strategy and outcomes - not just “deliverables”
Requirements
* Proven experience closing deals in an agency, consulting, or eCommerce services environment
* Strong understanding of Meta ads and eCommerce growth dynamics
* Native or near-native English
* Comfortable working remotely across EU & US time zones
* Full-time availability only
* Track record of consistent sales performance
Compensation
* Commission on closed deals
* On-target earnings: $200,000+ per year for strong performers
