They’re now looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Co-ordinator to help elevate the customer experience across the business.
Your new role
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you’ll be a key part of a small, supportive team. Your mission: to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, professional, and solution-focused.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Acknowledging all customer queries within 24 hours.
2. Logging and tracking concerns in SAP, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Investigating issues thoroughly, collaborating across departments.
4. Promoting consistent customer service practices across the business.
5. Spotting trends and recurring issues, helping teams address root causes.
6. Supporting initiatives to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
7. We’re looking for someone who’s:
8. Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. A confidentmunicator – both written and verbal – with internal and external stakeholders.
10. A creative problem-solver who enjoys working with others.
11. Familiar with SAP (preferred, but training provided).
What you'll get in return
12. Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
13. Hours: 40 per week (08:00–17:00, 30-min lunch)
14. Location: Full-time office-based
