Teacher of Drama (Mat Cover) - Full-time
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and energetic Drama Teacher to join our successful team from 3 November 2025. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the largest school in Cambridgeshire, and one with outstanding facilities, including a Drama Studio, two additional dedicated drama teaching spaces, and a professional working theatre.
The role will suit either an early career teacher or an experienced teacher looking for a new and exciting challenge. The school offers a bespoke CPD programme, research and development, the opportunity to deliver examination qualifications and many drama, and the wider performing arts, extra-curricular activities.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative department of 3 teachers and a full time Performing Arts technician.
Teaching
The successful candidate will be expected to be an excellent classroom practitioner. Above all, they will be passionate about Drama, enthusiastic about working with young people and have a genuine concern for their development as individuals. As a school we value highly the development of new and existing materials and the post will involve the opportunity to work on the review of existing materials and the development of new ideas.
