Mobile HVAC Engineer
London (covering multiple commercial sites)
£45,000 – £50,000 + Company Van + Pension
Are you an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a background in Plumbing or HVAC and looking for a new mobile role across London?
We're working with a leading national Facilities Services provider who have recently secured a new contract and are now looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings and plant rooms throughout London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
* Work on commercial plant rooms, including heating and ventilation systems.
* Maintain and repair plumbing and heating systems within buildings (radiators, TRVs, sinks, showers, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
* Liaise with clients and site staff to provide a high-quality service.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer OR NVQ in Heating and Ventilation.
* Strong knowledge of commercial plant rooms and building systems.
* Experience with HVAC and mechanical maintenance.
* Minimum 1 year's experience in maintenance, plumbing, and HVAC.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable (Advantageous):
* IOSH Managing Safely.
* Water Regulations (WRAS).
* Legionella L8 Water Safety certification.
