VMO2’s Accelerate Programme is moving our Fixed/Converged (FMCT) and PAYG capability to a new Netcracker billing system.
As this new data is pushed to the Finance Data Product (FDP) we will need a new Senior Finance Data Manager to handle the e2e requirements of Finance for FMCT and PAYG data.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Ability to influence/challenge major programmes
2. Ability to lead change and growth. Someone who can challenge the business team to ensure we’re being forward thinking and using the best solutions available
3. Senior stakeholder management skills - able to craft and influence approach at all levels via clear and concise communication
4. Experience of E2E delivery of change - Requirements, Design, Delivery, Implement, Test, Business Adoption. Proven record in formulating and driving workable solutions f
5. Solid understanding of data, ideally with hands on experience of data management
The other stuff we are looking for
Key responsibilities include;
6. Manage a wide indirect team, which includes; Finance/Business users, Internal data teams, Project teams and 3rd Party suppliers (Accenture, Netcracker)
7. Expand the remit of the Finance Data team to support the whole of Finance across fixed and mobile.
8. Understand the need to drive converged reporting and data models, challenge what Finance think they need. Break down ways of working with data
9. Make change happen and champion the outstanding outcomes needed for the Business.
Identify broader opportunities for improvement (outside of the FMCT delivery), working with the wider Finance Data Team
