What will you be doing?
Within this sector, we are experiencing significant growth. Our team has an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments. Successful candidates will join a high-profile team with exposure to high-value development work, including:
* Conditional contracts and transfers
* Conditional options
* Advising on rights of pre-emption
* Collaboration and development agreements
The focus will be on high-value residential development and investment projects. There will be ample opportunities for client contact, and you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships. Business development is also crucial, and you will contribute to the team's growth through organizing and attending client events, writing articles, and other marketing activities.

What we are looking for
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented residential team invested in your career development. You should have experience in residential development work from a large regional or city firm, along with enthusiasm for this area of law and understanding of our services. The team is busy, fast-paced, and collaborative, providing a positive working environment.
Minimum requirements include:
* At least 3 years post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor
* Knowledge of the UK living sector, with expertise in house-building and/or strategic land (experience in build-to-rent and affordable housing is advantageous but not essential)
* Experience managing existing client relationships
