Senior Solicitor – Employment (2+ PQE)

Overview
A highly regarded Employment team is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its Glasgow office. This role offers a mix of tribunal litigation, HR advisory and transactional support work for UK and international clients, with involvement in business development.
Role Requirements
* Managing employment tribunal matters, including ET3s, witness statements and advocacy
* Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment and employee relations issues
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and settlement agreements
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
* Contributing to client training and team business development
Experience
* Scots‑qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE
* Employment law experience within a commercial firm
* Comfortable managing your own caseload
Skills
* Clear communicator with a practical, client‑focused approach
* Organised and able to manage deadlines
