As an Operations Manager based in our Melmerby Distribution Centre, you’ll be responsible for: Direct responsibility for 4 Team Leaders and indirect responsible for 80 warehouse colleagues Planning and organising the warehouse activities efficiently Monitor staff performance and motivate to perform effectively against KPIs and SLAs Ensure the team comply with H&S, IOSH and company policies and procedures Investigate and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner Identify and implement cost controls and savings initiatives This is a full time permanent role working 37.50 hours a week, Monday to Friday 2.00pm - 10.00pm.
