Supply Desk are pleased to be working with a welcoming and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Maidstone, Kent, seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This full-time, long-term position runs until July 2026, with the opportunity to work within a nurturing environment where both children and staff thrive.

The Role:
* Deliver inspiring and well-structured lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Support children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities
* Create a warm, positive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence and curiosity
* Work collaboratively with the parallel Reception teacher and Early Years support staff
* Carry out planning, preparation, and assessment to meet the diverse needs of pupils
* Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including school events and team meetings
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
* A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively
* Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learners
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A nurturing, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* A commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
