We’re looking for a Catering Assistant who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.24

Location: B&Q, Distribution Centre, Rockingham Way, Redhouse Interchange, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN6 7FB
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain dining and service areas, including furniture, trolleys, and cleaning equipment.
* Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment.
* Clean all catering areas daily and follow health and safety standards.
* Handle cash collection, banking, and maintain records and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous catering experience in a similar environment (desirable).
* Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates (training provided if not held).
* Adequate numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
* Passion for customer service and ability to work independently and in a team.
* Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and confident with strong organisational and time management skills.
