Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic or HGV Technician living in the Northumberland area looking for a Mobile or Field role?
Monday to Friday role. 45 hours per week, 07:30 - 17:30. Salary - Up to £50,000, depending on experience.
The role of the Mobile HGV Technician
You will be travelling within a designated area and have use of a fully equipped van. You will be working on a variety of vehicles, from tractor and trailer units, to RCV's, sweepers and gritters.
Responsibilities
* Preventative Maintenance
* Emergency Breakdowns
* Pre-arranged servicing at rural sites
* Engine work and diagnostic investigations
* Hydraulics and pneumatics?
* Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections?
Requirements
Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent. Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable, as would an HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence but not essential.
