Full Time and Part Time - Permanent Roles
We are recruiting for Procurement Project Managers to work for APUC as part of an expansion of services. The post holders will work in various roles across our organization and member institutions for variable periods. If working within institutions, roles will cover a variety of categories and spend areas, involving professional procurement activities in line with institutional and statutory needs. If working within the core Collaborative Contracting team, the role includes managing Framework Agreements and supplier relationships on behalf of the sector.
The post holders will be ambassadors for APUC, its member institutions, and the procurement profession, demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior. APUC is evolving to meet the dynamic needs of its clients, seeking experienced procurement/supply chain professionals with a strong work ethic and a desire to develop further.
Candidates should have experience in similar roles, tendering experience, and knowledge of EU and Scottish public procurement regulations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
