Farm Operative – DN10
We are currently recruiting 1 Farm Operative to join an ongoing operation based in a remote location in Doncaster (DN10).
Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport or live very close by.
The Role:

Assisting in the production of compost used for mushroom farming
*
Crawling through tunnels as part of the production process
*
Working in an environment where odours are present (not the most pleasant smell)
*
Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
Shift Pattern:
*
4 on / 4 off
*
06:00 – 18:00
*
42 hours per week
Pay & Bonuses:
*
Hourly rate: £13.29 per hour
*
Weekend shift bonus:
*
£30 Saturday (if worked)
*
£30 Sunday (if worked)
*
Bonus: £9 per tunnel
*
Typically 3 tunnels per day on weekends
*
Up to £57 extra per day when working Saturdays and Sundays
