Job Role; Sales Ledger Assistant
With our Client we are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Assistant on a TEMP to PERM basis.
Working in Sales Ledger and Reporting to the Sales Ledger Manager – we are looking for a character who can work across;
1. Processing of Sales Ledger Invoices
2. Allocate Payments
3. Input Excel spreadsheets
4. Assist with processing Credit Notes
5. Query Management and Resolution – Internal and External
SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT ROLE;
6. Experience of Excel
7. Understand an Invoice and a Credit Note
8. Be able to work in a fast paced / high volume role and environment
9. Be able to take a role on a Temp to Perm basis.
WHAT YON CAN EXPECT AS THE SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT;
10. £12 per hour YOU WILL ALSO GET PAID HOLIDAY – meaning that your rate will be £13.45 per hour
11. WEEKLY PAY
12. ON SITE CAR PARKING
13. REFRESHMENTS – Tea / Coffee / Water / Fruit etc.
14. Annual salary of c £25, once the role is offered on a permanent basis
