The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
As a key member of the team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a variety of pre and post-contract duties, acting as Technical Lead and managing client relationships across a diverse project portfolio. You will also play an important part in team development and contribute to the continued success of the Sidcup office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
A RICS accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally or working towards
5+ years' experience within a consultancy / PQS practice
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Client facing & capable of leading numerous projects from start to finishIn Return?
Ā£60,000 - Ā£70,000
