Responsibilities:
* Process invoices and carrying out correct coding
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Process weekly payment runs
* Manage direct debit and standing order payments
* Looking after utility accounts
* Support with month-end and year-end activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading on purchase ledger, from a housing, care or charity background
* Strong numerical and analytical skills and has used various finance packages
* Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders and prioritize tasks where required
* Knowledge of processing supplier invoices and payments
