WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Sample Preparation Technician to join the team in Selby. You will work as part of the Drax Sample & Sample Preparation team, undertaking sampling and sample preparation duties in line with AHKES methods and procedures. You will be responsible for conducting laboratory based physical testing of wood pellets for particle size, bulk density and mechanical durability, collecting samples from customer sites/ports and delivering the samples to AHK preparation facilities and carry out cargo inspections on board ships and in storage sheds as required.
