Job Description: As the Influencer and Affiliate Manager at P.Louise, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing and affiliate strategies targeted at both the UK and US markets. You will manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and beauty creators, while coordinating and executing offline community events to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies for the UK and US markets. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with beauty influencers and creators, leveraging TikTok and Shopify.
* Oversee the P.Louise influencer affiliate program, optimizing partnerships to maximize reach and sales.
* Execute TikTok creator programs, collaborating with influencers to produce engaging content that aligns with brand objectives. Coordinate and organize offline community events to build brand presence, engage with customers, and promote products.
* Stay updated on beauty industry trends and emerging influencer talent to identify potential partnerships and collaborations.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
* Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all influencer and affiliate partnerships.
* Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
* Proven experience executing TikTok creator programs and managing Shopify affiliate programs, including the ability to analyse and optimize performance.
* Strong understanding of the UK and US beauty markets, including current trends and emerging influencer talent.
* Experience in organizing and executing community events, both online and offline, to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a keen understanding of consumer behaviour.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
