Salary – Starting from £31,512 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool. Our nursery is situated in Haringey, London.
Our 79-place nursery is proudly rated Ofsted ‘Good’. It features two outdoor areas designed to be age-appropriate, including a beach, outdoor classroom, jungle walk, and look-out tower. Our nursery is conveniently located near Crouch Hill Overground Station and the Victoria line!

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will help children develop and meet their individual milestones, promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child's needs.
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar role
* A passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
* Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
