This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop within a structured, office-led environment while maintaining regular site exposure. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out structural inspections, producing detailed technical reports, and supporting project delivery across a varied building portfolio.
Structural Surveyor - Position Overview
Carry out structural inspections and site surveys
Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla
Support projects from initial site visit through to final report issue
Liaise with internal technical teams to support ongoing project delivery
30% site based / 70% office based
Structural Surveyor - Position Requirements
Experience working as a Structural Surveyor or in a closely related structural role
Strong technical report writing skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Tekla
Strong IT skills and confident computer literacy
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Structural Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
~ Salary £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
~ Bonus scheme (in some years reaching up to £7,000)
