Your Mission at Elis
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be central to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fuelling our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Conducting market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends
* Developing and executing strategic business development plans
* Sourcing and pursuing new leads via networking, cold calling and industry events
* Leading negotiations and closing high-value deals
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
* Keeping up to date with market conditions, industry news and competitor activity
* Analysing sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements
* Providing regular updates and reporting to the senior leadership team
What will make you stand out?
* Proven experience in new business development or a sales-focused role
* A strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Confidence in building and managing client relationships
* A self-starter with a proactive, target-driven attitude
* Analytical ability to spot opportunities and assess potential risks
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
