Job Title: Domestic CarpenterLocation: AL8 6AERate: £24 to £27 per hour (depending on experience)Contract: Temporary - up to 16 weeksHours: Full time

We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across residential properties in the AL8 6AE area. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive hourly rates and consistent full-time work.The Role:You will be carrying out a wide range of carpentry maintenance and repair work within domestic properties, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• General carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Hanging doors, fitting skirting boards and architraves
• Kitchen unit repairs and installations
• Adjusting and repairing windows and locks
• Working in both occupied and void properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience in domestic carpentry or carpentry maintenance
• NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Good customer service skills
• Own tools preferred
