Year 3 Teacher Ashford
Academics are seeking a motivated and creative Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys supporting pupils through the transition into KS2 and building confidence across the curriculum.

What you'll do as a Year 3 Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring KS2 lessons
* Support pupils in developing independence and confidence
* Create a positive and structured classroom environment
* Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet pupil needs
* Work collaboratively with staff and parents
What we're looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
* QTS / ECTs welcome
* Good KS2 curriculum knowledge
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
