We’re looking for a caring, confident KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school where curiosity is encouraged, laughter is part of the day, and no two afternoons are ever the same.
This is the kind of role where you’ll make a genuine difference, whether that’s helping a child finally crack fractions, building confidence in reading groups, or simply being the calm, reassuring face they look for each morning.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
• Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Helping children stay focused, motivated and confident
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping children thrive
Extra points if you:
• Have experience supporting SEND pupils
• Are Team Teach or Thrive trained

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
