About the role
The purpose of the role is to provide high-quality technical support to external and internal customers via phone and email as part of a collaborative technical team. The role also involves attending site visits when required and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing annual training. Our portfolio of products includes VRFs, chillers, split systems etc.
As a HVAC Technical Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
1. Dealing with technical calls from external and internal customers.
2. Dealing with technical emails & planning customer assistance site visit.
3. Preparing detailed customer reports.
4. Helping with providing trainings for apprentices.
5. Dealing with Technical calls out of hours following your training.
What we are looking for:
6. Previous experience with HVAC Products (VRFs - ideally / chillers / split systems)
7. F-gas certificate
8. Hydrocarbon certificate as a plus
9. Guilds or NC in Refrigeration
10. UK driving license
11. Very good communication skills
12. Computer skills including Microsoft 360 & Outlook
13. Willingness to travel to the other sites (not very often)
