Experience tutoring or teaching small groups?This specialist school based in Harlow is looking for a special needs SEMH Teaching Assistant with experience of working with challenging children and young people.This is a specialist SEMH School that caters for young people who have been excluded or are at risk of being excluded from a mainstream school.The successful Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work in this outstanding school with an international reputation in special education expertise, curriculum and resources.Teaching Assistants must have experience working with mental health problems and complex behaviours.This school believes that all young people should be provided with appropriate education in a safe, stable, and supportive learning environment.As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with secondary-aged pupils who have SEMH/SEBD needs and challenging behaviour.
