Shifts 8am-8pm
Contract - 36 hours per week

We are looking forfully flexibleSupport Workers to join our progressive expanding teams. This position is for our beautiful Residential home which is located on Preston Down Road Paignton.
The day-to-day duties:

Supporting our customers to develop independence and life skills.
Assisting our customers to achieve daily goals.
Assisting with the development of person-centred plans for our customers.
Supporting our customers in undertaking daily activities to include employment, education and other opportunities.
Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence.
