The Role My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their growing service department. This brand-new role has been designed to enhance capacity, drive operational efficiency, and improve service delivery across the business. This position isn’t hands-on from a technical perspective, but it does require a good understanding of technical language and concepts. You’ll be expected to triage incoming service requests, ask the right questions, gather relevant information, and ensure a timely and accurate response.
