We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and be adept at utilising various software tools to design, analyse, and troubleshoot electrical systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while working in a collaborative environment.
Duties
You'll take charge of planning and executing both corrective and reactive maintenance, while driving improvement projects that boost reliability and reduce costs.
If you're electrically biased, hold an 18th Edition qualification, and have experience in production, manufacturing, recycling, or a similar sector — this role is tailor-made for you.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position with a choice of shifts
- days 4 on/off 6am - 6pm
- weekends Friday, Saturday, Sunday
What you’ll be Doing
* Carry out planned maintenance and inspections to keep operations safe and efficient
* Respond to breakdowns and faults quickly to minimise downtime
* Implement improvements to boost equipment performance and reliability
* Support installations, refurbishments, and wider engineering projects
* Keep accurate records and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Conduct risk assessments and contribute to health & safety compliance
* Attend daily meetings and help resolve maintenance issues effectively
